This fee applies when a supplied logo file is unsuitable for laser production and requires amendments, vectorisation or recreation before it can be used. The fee covers the additional design time required to prepare your logo for production.

Acrylic can be wiped clean with a soft, damp microfibre cloth. Harsh sticky marks can be cleaned with a tiny amount of isopropyl alcohol if necessary.
Timber can be dusted and wiped clean with a damp cloth. Areas with harsh marks / damage can be carefully sanded using very fine sandpaper.
