As every custom piece is individually designed, a $50 custom design deposit is required before design work begins.
This allows me to dedicate the time needed to create your personalised design and prepare your design proof for approval.
When you proceed with your order, the full $50 will be deducted from your final purchase cost.
Your design deposit includes your initial custom design concept and up to two rounds of reasonable revisions. As the deposit covers time already spent creating your personalised design, it is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with your order.

Whilst we use industrial strength adhesive to stand the test of time, it's important to keep our products away from little hands and mouths as tiny parts can pose a choking risk.

Please be careful with me!
Acrylic can be wiped clean with a soft, damp microfibre cloth. Harsh sticky marks can be cleaned with a tiny amount of isopropyl alcohol if necessary.
Timber can be dusted and wiped clean with a damp cloth. Areas with harsh marks / damage can be carefully sanded using very fine sandpaper.
